• OPERATORS LICENCE & DRIVERS BADGE
  
  By signing up to this listing, you agree to enter Operators Licence details under which you work for and, to keep these details updated.
  
  You agree to enter your Private Hire Badge details and to keep these updated.
  
  If you contact any driver via this site, you agree that it is your responsibility to ensure that their Badge and Operator's Licence are up to date.
  
  Courteous Travel cannot be held responsible for inaccurate details entered by members.
  
  
• CARDING
  
  The practice of "carding" is strictly prohibited. Anyone found to be "carding" others customers will be removed from this listing.
  
  "Carding" is where a driver gives his or her business card to another drivers customer whilst undertaking a job for that driver/operator.
  
  
• PHOTOS
  
  Members will be able to upload 6 pictures/images. Picture 1 is reserved for their logo. Pictures 2, 3 and 4 can be of their vehicle. Picture 5 and 6 are reserved for a copy of their Operator's Licence and Drivers Badge respectively.
  
  
• WEBSITE
  
  Members will automatically get a website in the form of http://www.courteoustravel.com/chauffeurs/yourusername/ which they can advertise on their business cards, stationery etc... The details in this website are updated from your profile page.
